Understanding

BrightCity engineers are highly trained professionals who won’t baffle you with jargon. Each engineer gives telephone, remote and onsite support - often the engineer on the other end of the phone has visited your site. And he or she will certainly know your system. When we work with a business, we document all the hardware and software and everything we do, so our engineers can access all the information on your specific systems and priorities.

Published prices

Unlike most IT companies, BrightCity publishes a pricing structure, which is very competitive. We make no callout charges, charging only for hours or days worked. And we offer discounts when hours are purchased in advance. We also offer support contracts for some or all of your IT resources, based on a site survey.

Types of support

Telephone support

Short support calls where we can help are free for all existing customers, for longer calls we have to charge on an hourly basis. And telephone support is included for BrightCity contract customers.

Remote support

We can configure your site for remote support through an Internet connection and find that many problems can be fixed quickly and efficiently.

Onsite support

For our contract customers, on-site maintenance is proactive and part of their contract, as is troubleshooting. For customers who have prepaid support, the hours worked are simply taken off their balance. Other customers can call and arrange an appointment. We can give you a quote for a larger job or we can provide support for an hourly fee as and when you need it.

Installations

We include the cost of installation when we quote to supply new hardware and software. We can supply and install equipment and software as required and also offer a follow up support service.

What’s right for you?

First Line Support

If your company has no onsite computer support, BrightCity can offer you a first-class professional service you can depend on.

Second Line Support

For a company that already has some onsite computer expertise, BrightCity engineers can either assist that person with specialist skills, or help with the workload, especially at busy times.

Absence Cover

BrightCity engineers are happy to work in place of your IT staff if they are absent for any reason.

Regional Support

If your company has employees who work from home either fulltime or part-time we can offer cost-effective IT support. This is also useful for subsidiary offices when the company's head office is based elsewhere.
