Server Support Contract
If you have a server, we recommend that you opt for the BrightCity Server Support Contract. It's a proactive service that will spot many types of problem before they become a major issue.
It's a monthly 2 hour review of your server. We carry out a detailed health check of disk usage, memory usage, antivirus, windows updates, backups etc. We fill out a check sheet with the findings.
Our engineers will apply any updates, and fix any problems we can spot, within the two hour time slot.
The cost is £80 a month. This equates to £960 a year.
