At BrightCity we don’t make callout charges.
We offer support contracts for some or all of your IT needs, based on a site survey, or we can work with you as and when you need us. We only ever charge for the hours or days we work and we offer discounts when you buy your hours in advance.

(18:00-12:00) £65 per hour Evening Hours
(12:00-08:00) £90 per hour Night
(09:00-17:00) £350 per day Day rate*
(09:00-17:00) £475 per day WE rate*
(Sat / Sun) £65 per hour Weekend Office

All work is carried out by our qualified engineers and we charge only for the work that has been done and for any hardware and software supplied.
