Wireless Network Camera
The Panasonic BLC30 camera is a wireless network camera. Set the BLC30 on your home or business wireless network and you can view the images from your PC or phone whilst away from the camera.
The Panasonic BLC30 has a builtin web server. This means that the BLC30 does not need to be connected to a PC. Link the BLC30 to your wireless router using the included set up CDRom. The camera will need to be granted a fixed IP address and the router will need to have port forwarding to allow external access through to your BLC30.
The lens on the BLC30 can be operated remotely. Panning, that is moving horizontally or vertical pan can be controlled from a remote location via a PC or mobile telephone.
The BLC30 has a sensor that detects infrared emmitted from such objects as a person, and sends a signal to begin recording. The BLC30 camera will also send a captured image as an email if so setup.
The BLC30 camera will display images in low light, as low as 1lux. It can switch to colour night view mode automatically when the subject becomes too dark.
