Fully Configurable
The system can have additional websites or keywords allowed or denied. This can be scheduled. For example, more open access could be before and after working hours and strictly limited during working hours. Individuals or groups could have different levels of access. Some could have none, whilst some might have full access. All can easily be setup.
Monitoring Usage
A very easy to use and free software tool is supplied with the Sonicwall called Viewpoint. This will give reports and charts on how the internet is being used. It can supply summary reports, or detail how an individual is using the internet. With this information, you can advise your employees or you can simply configure the system to block the sites.
