Why purchase a hardware support contract?
Your netpilot is a very specialised piece of hardware. It is designed to be running 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
The Netpilot is, for most companies, delivering some key functions to the organisation. Without the Netpilot, certain basic functions are missing from your organisation:
(1) No internet access
(2) No email in or out
(3) No FTP access
In some organisations the Netpilot controls aspects of the local network, and your PCs and printers could eventually stop working.
The Netpilots are an investment. For example the Aladdin upgrade for a Netpilot Plus is £1495, and the Netpilot Plus is £2495.
A Netpilot Hardware Contract will guarantee a response time.
Even a warranty direct from Equiinet could take several days to turn around. Meanwhile your business is missing vital Internet services.

Unlimited telephone support by Netpilot professionals with extensive knowledge of the Netpilot product range**. Support calls are responded to within 4 hours if the call being logged.
Remote diagnostic facilities for Netpilot hardware and software.
Advanced Replacement in the event of hardware failure. Delivery is next working day.
* The netpilot needs to have the setting added to email BrightCity Limited it's configuration in order to have the unit preconfigured.

NB. An out of contract Netpilot Hardware Repair will incur a standard charge of £400-£500 and the repair will take upto 30 days, depending on availability of parts etc.
